There are issues currently affecting sabervox and countrytell private network customers where customers may not be able to access their servers from inside the office. This has been identified as an issue inside the Vocus datacentre that specifically affects connectivity between sabervox and countrytell.
It currently affects around 10% of our Hunter Valley customers.
Customers who can connect to a 4g or alternate internet service will be able to connect into datacentre resources.
Services have now been restored as of 10:42am this morning. The problem was confirmed as a network routing change that was performed by a Telco without the knowledge of sabervox or countrytell. After this change was identified we worked with the Telco to correct the fault.
Sabervox apologises to the customers affected by this disruption this morning.
